StaffBuffalo is partnering with an established
and reputable company in the Buffalo area to hire an Accounting /
Office Assistant! This full-time, on-site position offers a
competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, along
with hands-on training and exposure to multiple key
functions—including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll,
and Human Resources.

This is a
hybrid position in the WNY area.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily Accounts Payable functions:
process invoices, communicate with vendors, and assist with payments.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable: generate invoices, track
payments, and prepare reports.
- Provide backup for payroll
processing by entering data, verifying timesheets, and maintaining
accuracy.
- Help with HR functions, such as onboarding support
and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate calendars,
manage office tasks, and contribute to special projects across
departments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or support experience (open to
motivated individuals looking to grow!)
- High school diploma
required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Comfort with
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); QuickBooks or payroll system
experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time
management, and communication skills.
- A team-oriented
mindset and a positive attitude.
