We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable personal assistant
to provide tailored administrative support to senior executives. This
role involves managing schedules, handling communications, taking
meeting notes, and occasionally coordinating travel and other tasks as
needed.

organizational skills and have proven experience in administrative or
secretarial roles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, intuitive to
the needs of leadership, and capable of working independently to
deliver efficient and personalized support.
Key
Responsibilities:
Support senior management with administrative and
secretarial tasks.
Draft, format, and edit reports,
presentations, and various documents.
Input data, maintain
records, and manage databases.
Coordinate with internal
departments and manage incoming calls.
Arrange travel and
manage both internal and external correspondence on behalf of
executives.
Organize appointments, maintain event calendars,
and send timely reminders.
Copy, scan, fax, and take detailed
notes during meetings.
Set up meeting spaces and coordinate
refreshments as needed.
Manage office supply inventory and
oversee mail and courier services.
Uphold professional
business etiquette and best practices at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
required.
Relevant certification in office administration or
secretarial training preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent typing,
note-taking, and organizational abilities.
Skilled in managing
written and verbal communication and correspondence.
Familiarity with office equipment like printers, copiers,
scanners, and fax machines.
Experience using scheduling tools
such as MS Outlook.
Outstanding interpersonal and
communication skills.
