Role Summary:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a
critical role in ensuring that Inov8collective’s property listings
stand out in the competitive rental market. Your primary
responsibilities will include crafting and managing engaging,
accurate, and high-quality property listings designed to attract
prospective tenants. By writing detailed and compelling descriptions,
maintaining up-to-date property information, and coordinating updates
with team members, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our
property marketing efforts. This position requires strong attention to
detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently to achieve
daily goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and update
property descriptions, ensuring they effectively highlight unique
features and amenities to attract tenants.
Manage content and
upload high-quality photos across multiple rental platforms, ensuring
consistency and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of
property availability, pricing, and other critical details to reflect
the most current information.
Collaborate with team members to
gather updates on properties and implement necessary changes to
listings in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Prior
experience in property management or administrative roles is
preferred, providing a solid understanding of industry standards.
Strong writing and organizational skills, with the ability to
create compelling content and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with rental listing platforms (e.g., Zillow,
Apartments.com) and general digital marketing practices.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while
meeting daily goals and deadlines.
