Tom Peterson, Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
individual to join our team as a Work From Home Data Entry
Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately
entering data from various sources into our database system while
maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with precision and
efficiency.
Enter source document data into prescribed computer
databases, files, and forms.
Verify data for accuracy and
completeness.
Identify and correct errors the in data entry
process.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive
information.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding data
handling.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure
accuracy and consistency in data entry processes.
Assist in other
administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High
school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or
related fields field preferred.
Excellent typing skills and
attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer software and
data entry systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision.
Strong organizational and time management
skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive
information.
