is an in-person position in the WNY area.
Responsibilities:
- Gather,
organize, and review key financial and operational documentation based
on comprehensive checklists.
- Ensure reports and data packets
meet stringent accuracy and compliance standards.
- Conduct
detailed audits of financial records, focusing on numerical accuracy,
personnel details, and timelines.
- Collaborate with managers
and directors to enhance reporting processes and provide actionable
insights.
- Play an integral role in maintaining precise
documentation for ongoing and long-term projects.
Qualifications:
- A background
or degree in Math, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.
- Attention to
detail
- A proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving and
analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
especially Excel, and comfort working with data management systems.
