Job Description

Permanent 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Process orders, payments, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
  • Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, product offerings, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic proficiency in computers, CRM systems, and office applications.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
