Job Summary: We are
looking for a Customer Service Representative to

role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing
orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information
about products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Process
orders, payments, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate
issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate
customer records in the system.
- Assist in troubleshooting
product or service issues.
- Follow up with customers to
ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other
departments to address customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with
company policies, product offerings, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and
professionalism.
- Basic proficiency in computers, CRM
systems, and office applications.
- Strong multitasking and
problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a
customer-focused mindset.
