Leasing Consultant

In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of the
resident experience—guiding prospective residents through tours,
handling leasing paperwork, and maintaining strong relationships from
move-in to move-out. You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming
environment, supporting resident satisfaction, and helping the team
maintain high occupancy rates.

This is an on-site, full-time
position in the Buffalo area.
Responsibilities:
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Guide prospective residents through tours, applications,
and lease signings.
- Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins
in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain accurate resident
communication and lease details.
- Create, Maintain and assist
Management in performing Unit Move-In/Move-Outs, if necessary.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Help maintain a clean, polished office, model unit, and
leasing path.
- Support digital marketing, website listings,
and seasonal promotions.
- Assist with planning and executing
resident events and social initiatives.
- Ensure all materials
are available and up to date as directed.
Office & Operations Support
- Perform daily property walks and light office upkeep
tasks.
- Track and follow up on work through the property
management dashboard.
- Prepare move-in packets, key fobs, and
welcome communications.
- Assist with maintaining accurate
tenant information regarding delinquency and collections.
- Maintain presentation of Office to Residents and Prospective
Residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leasing, customer service, or hospitality is
preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
are a must.
- Familiarity with property management systems is
a plus.
- Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to go
the extra mile.
- Must be comfortable working extended hours
during move-in/move-out periods.
- Commitment to completing
all required internal training.
- Passion for the Real Estate
industry is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $20 – 22/hour
based on experience.
- Overtime Pay: 1.5x
your hourly rate for approved extra hours.
