Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our team. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients and website visitors through chat conversations. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback, generating leads, and representing The MPM Group, Inc. in a professional and positive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through chat conversations in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our services, products, and company policies

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and website visitors

- Use active listening skills to understand and address customers' needs

- Leverage chat conversations to generate leads and gather customer feedback

- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including chat response time, customer satisfaction, and lead generation targets

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve chat processes and procedures

- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat-based environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

- Proficient in using chat software and other customer service tools

- Knowledge of marketing and public relations is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed
