Job Summary: We are
seeking a customer-focused Online Chat Representative
to handle inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues
through live chat. The ideal candidate has excellent communication
skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to
customer inquiries via online chat.
- Provide accurate
information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving
complaints.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when
necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all
interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback
for record-keeping and improvements.
- Meet performance
metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and
resolution rate.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven
experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat role.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar
and clarity.
- Ability to handle multiple chats
simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software, chat
platforms, and customer support tools.
- Problem-solving
skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to
work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, tech support, or related
industries.
- Multilingual abilities.
