Human Resources & Payroll Assistant
Are

Resources & Payroll Assistant to join their Amherst, NY office. This
is a temp-to-perm, in-office position offers long-term growth

of $22/hour.
This role is perfect for someone with 1+ years of
experience in HR, payroll, or office administration who is eager to
learn and take on a variety of responsibilities. The team is willing

administration, and office management.
This is an onsite
position based in Amherst, New York.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll processing using ADP,
ensuring accuracy and compliance, and serve as a backup for the
payroll function.
- Support benefits administration,
recruitment, and employee relations, with opportunities to learn and
expand your HR skill set.
- Act as a key point of contact for
employees across the U.S., assisting with HR and payroll inquiries.
- Help with scanning, mailing projects, ordering supplies, and
jumping in where needed to support the team.
- Utilize Excel
to create reports, track HR and payroll data, and maintain accurate
records.
- Work with HRIS providers, benefits administrators,
and other vendors to support HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years in an HR and payroll support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience
with HRIS systems
- Ability to support multiple levels of
management and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and work effectively
under deadlines
