Technical Operations Analyst

motivated and agile Technical Operations Analyst to
join their team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to step
into a hybrid role bridging technical systems, engineering, and data
teams; perfect for a sharp, detail-oriented professional ready to make
a direct impact. The position offers a competitive salary range of
$70,000 - $0,000 per year.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to
problem solver between data operations, engineering, and business
teams, making sure that settlement data from law firms is processed,
validated, and integrated properly across Salesforce and other
systems. This position offers visibility, the ability to take the
lead, and the chance to grow in a team-oriented environment that
values communication, accuracy, and initiative.
This is a
hybrid position in the Buffalo area.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Data, Engineering, and
Operations to ensure smooth system integrations
- Own the
setup and configuration of digital workflows using Microsoft Word,
Adobe Acrobat, JSON, and SQL
- Upload and validate data in
Salesforce and internal systems, ensuring accuracy across platforms
- Build and troubleshoot document workflows, data mapping
structures, and e-signature solutions
- Support integration
efforts and contribute to API configurations and ETL data flows
- Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud email/SMS
workflows
- Analyze operational processes, propose
improvements, and document best practices
- Partner with
internal teams and vendors to solve technical problems and meet
critical deadlines
- Navigate a fast-paced environment with
competing priorities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or
data-driven role
- Bachelor’s Degree required; a background in
Mathematics, Data Science, or Technology is a plus
- Strong
working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Excel (including formulas), and
Salesforce
- Experience with JSON, API integrations, and ETL
pipelines is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
and Microsoft Word document configuration
- Exceptional
attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage
multiple personalities and projects
- Excellent communication
skills
- Highly motivated, problem-solving mindset, and a
strong team player
- Comfortable in a hybrid work model after
the first 90 days on-site
