distinguished Buffalo-based law firm to hire an Associate Attorney for
their Corporate Business Practice. Located in a stunning office in
Buffalo’s thriving business district, this firm is known for its
entrepreneurial spirit, cutting-edge technology, and deep commitment
to supporting the region’s growing businesses. With a salary range of
$80,000 to $95,000+, based on qualifications and experience, this role

The ideal candidate will have at least 2
years of experience in corporate or business transactions, mergers and
acquisitions, and managing the paperwork that keeps deals running
smoothly. We seek an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and
eager to collaborate with clients and team members in a high-tech,
fast-paced setting.
This is a hybrid position in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate
with clients on corporate and business transactions.
- Manage
and prepare corporate filings, contracts, and other
transaction-related documents.
- Provide strategic legal
advice tailored to the needs of growing businesses.
- Work
closely with team members and clients to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2+
years of experience in corporate or business transactions, including
mergers and acquisitions.
- Admission to practice law in New
York State.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of filings and paperwork
efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a
proactive approach to problem-solving.
