Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading
distributor in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Graphic
Designer/Marketing Specialist to develop visually compelling materials
for digital and print marketing efforts. This is a fantastic
opportunity for a designer who wants to blend graphic design with
marketing strategy, collaborating closely with leadership to enhance
brand presence, engage customers, and contribute to overall business
success.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating
eye-catching promotional materials, assisting with website visuals,
and supporting product marketing initiatives. You'll also have the
opportunity to attend marketing meetings, contribute creative ideas,
and play a hands-on role in trade show branding and digital campaigns.
If you’re a highly motivated designer who enjoys both creative freedom
and strategic input, this position offers a competitive salary of
$65,000 - $0,000/year, excellent benefits, and a hybrid work model.
This is a hybrid position in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Develop
eye-catching graphics, flyers, logos, email designs, and promotional
materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Work closely
with the marketing team and leadership to align creative designs with
company goals and branding.
- Create visuals for email
marketing campaigns, website updates, product promotions, and social
media.
- Design booth displays, banners, and marketing
materials for trade shows and industry events.
- Assist in
website content updates, ensuring all visuals remain on-brand and
optimized for engagement.
- Participate in marketing
meetings—including international supplier discussions—and provide
valuable design input.
- Design and send email campaigns and
promotional flyers to support product launches.
- Stay up to
date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously
improve marketing efforts.
- Work daily with marketing
leadership, sales teams, and company founders to ensure alignment on
creative initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design,
digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio
showcasing design, branding, and marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).
- Understanding of marketing principles and how to
design for engagement.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot or
similar marketing platforms.
- Strong communication skills and
a collaborative, positive attitude.
