from $48,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on experience, in addition

This is an in-person, onsite
role in the Buffalo area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated administrative support to 2-3 attorneys.
- Manage and organize legal documents and files with meticulous
attention to detail.
- Draft, proofread, and edit legal
correspondence, pleadings, and other documents, as required.
- Assist in trial preparation by managing attorney calendars,
scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients, courts, and
fellow attorneys to ensure seamless case management and strong client
relationships.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a
related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal
Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Ambitious,
diligent, and dependable with a knack for efficiently managing
multiple tasks.
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft
Office Suite, demonstrating strong computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration
within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in legal
research tools and software
- Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail
