Expectations and Tasks:

Serves as an SAP Business Network knowledge expert and communicates SCC opportunities to bring business-impacting value to customers. Facilitates reporting to customers (internal/external) regarding progress on project initiatives. Appropriately identifies issues, potential risks and opportunities while working with a high degree of autonomy to address, escalate or handover within and across teams as appropriate . Accountable for executing against the project timeline while meeting customer goals and objectives . Holds ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction on assigned projects. Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents and technology tools and ensures internal systems and tools are current. Actively identifies , contributes to and facilitates continuous improvement and best practice efforts, both internally and externally. Builds and maintains relationships with other parts of the

organization where partnerships can be beneficial in improving customer relationship , assisting with technology enhancements and overall improvement of delivery services. Understands how to create, plan, and execute meetings (internal/external) which drive results. Understands and tracks customer performance against the internal metrics that are outlined by SAP leadership; takes appropriate actions where needed to meet company MBOs.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively , a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:

Map business processes to solution requirements;

Write SQL queries to retrieve customer data;

Develop project plans; and

Experience must also involve one (1) year in the following:

Work with Global cross functional teams;

Resolve customer escalations/issues; and

Transform customers manual business processes via automation .

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $ 112,621 - $165,150 . SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 112,621 - 1 83,500 . The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. JOB TITLE : Facilities Construction Management Business Process Support 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Assist Facilities Project Management Group in the development of Construction Management related Business Processes in Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP). 

• Review Existing Business Processes and work with Managers and Directors of FPM group to identify the gaps that need CIP. 

• Initiate Work Process Improvements and fully develop executable business processes. 

• Develop detailed workflow using tools such as ARIS, Visio, Excel. 

• Develop detailed work procedures that follow the workflow. 

• Provide training on new Workflows and Procedures. 

• Manage Business Process Revisions as needed. 

• Review any new EHS and Operations Compliance Requirement and propose business process improvements if required. 

• Other responsibilities as assigned by employer and/or client. 

• Assist with procedure questions. 

• Translate new processes into formal work instructions. 

• Perform training on new/updated procedures.

• College Degree with 15+ years of industry experience or 20+ years of industry experience
