Greentech Renewables' Management Training Program is designed for ambitious, sales-minded individuals who are eager to lead in the rapidly growing solar industry. As a Management Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of our business-preparing you to run your own multi-million-dollar location and make a direct impact on the clean energy transition.
On-the-job training lasts for approximately 24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management.
While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary, we give you the tools you need to know to be successful with Greentech Renewables. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in an energetic multi-faceted industry.

Working Conditions:
Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. Reporting to the Associate Director of Development, the Development Program Manager will provide administrative support for all aspects of Stanford Live's fundraising programs and activities. In this role, you will:
+ Process donor gifts, including the processing of check and credit card donation transactions and gift data entry into applicable databases.
+ Maintain accuracy of donor records in the database, including updating name, address, salutation, program name, and other information; produce donor lists for inclusion in internal and external publications.
+ Handle the gift acknowledgement process, including the timely production of acknowledgment letters.
+ Assist with the creation and implementation of annual direct appeals.
+ Support the development team in stewardship programs and strategies with a high level of customer service.
+ Conduct prospect research and prepare donor background information to support fundraising strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in learning and development, education, training development or talent management, with a minimum of five or more years of experience in global security operations and program or project management.
- Knowledge of learning needs analysis, design, measurement, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of learning and development, concepts, solutions, frameworks and methodologies.
- Understanding of HSEEP fundamental principles.
- Able to design in-person and online training to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Full training cycle management.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Client orientated and results driven.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational and administrative skills.
- Serve as an effective team leader.
- Computer skills; Google Workspace, Learning Management Systems, Asana, and Airtable.
