Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP Supply Chain Analyst with expertise in supply chain processes to support and enhance the functionality of our SAP systems. In this role, you will work closely with business users and stakeholders to analyze supply chain operations, identify process improvement opportunities, and leverage SAP capabilities to deliver business value. This is a functional role with a focus on aligning SAP solutions to business needs without requiring technical configuration or development. This will be onsite in an aerospace manufacturing environment.Responsibilities Collaborate with supply chain teams (e.g., procurement, inventory management, logistics, and production) to understand current workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Map existing processes and design optimized workflows leveraging SAP supply chain modules (e.g., SAP MM, WM, PP, SD). Serve as the primary liaison between business users and SAP technical teams. Advise on best practices for utilizing SAP functionalities to streamline supply chain operations. Develop functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with SAP technical teams to implement solutions. Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommend solutions leveraging SAP capabilities. Participate in SAP-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and module enhancements for supply chain functions. Act as a point of contact for supply chain teams, providing guidance and support for SAP-related inquiries. Develop and deliver end-user documentation and training to ensure effective system usage. Collaborate with data teams to create meaningful Power BI reports and dashboards within SAP or related tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a functional SAP Business Analyst with a focus on supply chain modules/manufacturing (e.g., MM, WM, PP, SD). Prior experience with SAP needed. Infor Visual ERP, a plus Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.Hands-on experience with SAP reporting tools and analytics related to supply chain functions. Summary:

The Supply Chain Process Manager will be responsible for collecting, presenting, and analyzing data with the purpose of measuring performance against goals/prior performance, and providing insights that increase the effectiveness of the supply chain. The Supply Chain Process Manager is also responsible for providing ad hoc reporting and support requests for the production planning organization as needed. Overall, the responsibility is to translate numbers into information that helps the company make better decisions. This is position does not have direct reports.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze and report on volume, revenue, mix to rank items; summarize trends with respect to performance versus the prior year, forecast, and plan.
• This position will facilitate the data exchange between People Managers, Operations, and Customers

• Skilled in all NFT Initiatives with the ability to lead meetings, projects and process mapping new SOPs.
• Proficient with ACE, analyze and communicate to Production Planning on initiatives and /or changes to customers.
• Compile data to drive, track, and measure initiative performance; providing insights to improve effectiveness.
• Analyze historical and current period data to improve planning of lines (Lets Go)
• Continuously improve processes; initiating changes that add value to the department and company.
• Participate in systems implementations and acquisitions, data validation, and process re-engineering activities.

Education and Experience:

• Identify and manage supplier relationships for packaging materials, glass bottles, corrugated and paper boxes, and printing
• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes , ensuring efficient procurement and supplier management
• Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing to drive value and efficiency
• Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to inform sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement efforts with business goals
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in procurement and sourcing

• Proven experience in sourcing and supply chain management , specifically in packaging materials, glass bottles, corrugated and paper boxes, and printing
• Strong technical understanding of these materials, including their applications and sourcing challenges
• Industry experience in packaging, manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or food & beverage is preferred
• Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills
• Ability to assess supplier performance, market conditions, and cost-saving opportunities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

The Product Manager represents the voice-of-the-customer (internal and external) and exhibits an understanding of the market. This position requires the ability to strategically plan and execute on many levels, from finding solutions to strategic challenges to managing tactical details.  We are seeking someone with 3–7 years of product management experience, a background in Supply Chain or EDI is a plus, and familiarity with Microsoft Accounting software (Dynamics, BC, GP, D365FO) is strongly preferred.

As a Product Manager you will:

• Work with Sales, Alliances and the executive team to set revenue goals for product(s) under management. 
• Ongoing responsibility of meeting revenue goals for product line; this includes tactical assistance with individual account situations and strategic guidance of revenue recognition. 
• Prospect tracking, understanding why we lose and why we win to ensure the product meets the market needs.
• Provide organizational enablement & sales support by coordinate with account managers to make sure new features will meet expectations of clients.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing to create and deliver materials and strategies that demonstrate the value and competitive differentiation of our offerings
• Work with Product Marketing on the creation and delivery of sales tools and collateral for product(s) under management.
• Determine and solicit possible speaking and other publicity opportunities related to the product effort
• Develop positioning strategy and product plan
• Develop deep understanding of the market segments and deliver market segment plans specific to the market they own
• Product Planning: Gather inputs, establish direction and formulate the product features for the next version(s) of products. 
• Develop product functional specifications
• Lead the development effort to ensure product meets vision
• Oversee development of products to ensure product correctness and success.  

Requirements for success:

• 3-7 years experience managing products as a product manager
• Supply Chain experience preferred
• EDI knowledge and experience is a plus!
• Experience with Microsoft Accounting Software is preferred (Microsoft Dynamics, BC, GP, D3FO etc)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, IT, or related field preferred.
