SUMMARY
This person is responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property. Some additional duties and responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
• Responsible for hiring, training and developing a competent team.
• Manages daily operations directly or indirectly such as: reviews daily rent recommendations and appropriately identifies opportunities to maximize income.
• Collects rents, including implementation of timely legal delinquent rent procedures; assures resident insurance compliance procedures are in place; assures screening criteria and policies are adhered to; assures resident retention procedures are implemented timely and effectively; makes certain weekly reports are completed timely and accurately; approves invoices and ensures timely and accurate data input; timely and accurately completes any other required reports.
• Reviews and analyzes monthly performance; completes meaningful variance reports; initiates annual budgets and forecasts.
• Identifies potential market challenges; educates self, staff and regional manager about competitors and conditions in the marketplace; creates effective marketing plans.
• Makes certain recurring contract work (i.e. unit cleaning, painting, landscaping) is bid out routinely to assure quality and best price; confirms contractor insurance and lien waiver requirements are in compliance with policy; monitors quality and timeliness of contractor performance.
• Assures OSHA and other safety procedures are implemented; ensures the team is educated as needed regarding safety precautions, including routine safety meetings, and confirms up-to-date MSDS information is available.
• Identifies, in conjunction with the maintenance supervisor, potential repairs or capital projects; confirms quality curb appeal meets standards set by corporate and the regional manager; identifies actual or potential risk management issues.
• Reads, follows, and implements the company and employee handbooks, property policy manuals, and any other governing documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership/supervisory skills.
• Must have 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager of 200+ units
• Must have excellent sales skills
• Must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Must have ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area. Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
• Must have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD

Salary range is $5,000- 93,000 annually. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Position Summary:

The Digital Content Coordinator supports content execution across our websites and apps, with a focus on concerts and events. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing this role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing, content, and technology. A basic understanding of content management systems , web technologies , and marketing is required. You'll work across multiple platforms, collaborate with various teams, and make a tangible impact on concert sales, digital campaigns, and more-while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content management, and process optimization.

Position Elements:

  • Maintain and update concert detail pages across websites and apps, including event info, artist media, bios, and program notes for over 300 event pages per year
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Programming teams to build and publish new concert pages in coordination with announcement timelines
  • Research and recommend relevant media to enhance event pages, working with Programming teams for approvals
  • Support digital campaign content creation, including brainstorming ideas, researching assets, and publishing to the web
  • Support the production and publishing of podcast audio content
  • Optimize team processes and create documentation to improve workflows
  • Conduct regular QA checks to ensure content appears correctly across devices and browsers
  • Provide backup support for team members in areas such as email production and digital tool management as needed

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Digital Content Manager to join our global Corporate Communications team. In this role, you will support the development, execution, and performance of digital content across our corporate website and social media channels. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s external narrative, engaging global audiences, and ensuring our digital presence reflects our values, purpose, and strategic direction. This is a unique opportunity to help define how one of the world’s most dynamic music companies shows up online. What You’ll Be Doing. Manage and maintain the corporate website, ensuring timely updates, clear navigation, and brand consistency. Oversee editorial calendar and content creation across digital channels—news posts, press releases, executive quotes, video, graphics, and more. Support, develop and implement a social media strategy which highlights corporate messaging, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Repertoire leads, Marketing, HR, Legal, Sustainability) to ensure digital comms align with business priorities. Creative & Editorial Development Craft compelling digital narratives that communicate our company mission, milestones, and culture. Write, edit, and publish high-quality creative content tailored for web and social aimed at a global audience. Analytics & Optimization Track and report performance metrics for website and social media. Optimize content based on data insights, SEO principles, and platform best practices. Governance & Compliance Uphold brand, tone of voice, accessibility, and legal compliance standards across all digital content. Serve as a point of contact for content governance on BMG’s digital platforms. Must-Haves Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Prior experience in an administrative or internship role at a PR agency or on a corporate communications team. Proven experience managing corporate websites and social media in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong sense of brand voice and storytelling. Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Wordpress etc.), social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite etc.), basic design/creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.), and strong knowledge of editing natively on social media platforms. Analytical mindset; able to translate performance data into actionable insights. Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders and timelines within a global team. Pay Range $65,000-$70,000 per annum The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs.
