- Provides direction and priorities on a daily basis to all maintenance personnel.

- Measures and upgrades standards for all job functions and procedures.
- Installs electrical power for various machines and tools related to the production areas of the plant encompassing the ability to locate electrical trouble and repair any electrical equipment or system in the plant; including repair, adjustment, complete rebuilding, and works on hot circuits and installs conduits.
- Interfaces closely with other departments to ensure projects involving facility maintenance are defined accurately and executed effectively.
- Establishes, implements and maintains plans for Preventative Maintenance program.
- Oversees development of safety plans and safety training for maintenance personnel.
- Prepares reports, performs written analyses, and maintains administrative function for all maintenance responsibilities.
- Conducts inspections of each property (at least quarterly), prepares report of findings and implement action plan for necessary corrections.
- Provides ongoing technical support in identifying needed repairs of facilities, malfunctioning machines, and other circumstances associated with maintaining and improving the integrity, reliability, safety, and customer service of DRC.

+ Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
+ Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills for troubleshooting and repair.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in foods, packaging, printing, powder, pharma, or similar industries.
+ Experience with preventive maintenance on equipment.
+ Familiarity with motors, pneumatic, hydraulics, conveyors, fillers, and scaling systems.
+ Competence with single and three-phase equipment and voltages up to 480.
+ Proficiency in using basic electrical testing equipment (volt meter, amp meter, ohm meter).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Welding experience is a plus.
+ Ability to understand and work with PLCs, including different brands.
+ Experience with Bosch vertical bagger systems is beneficial.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
