Job Description
Warehouse Associates are responsible for following the food safety program while monitoring, organizing, and maintaining inventory flow to support business operations. This includes shipping, receiving, transferring, storing, and cycle counting inventory while maintaining a clean and safe work space.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package material for order shipping.
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.
- Inspect, document, and unload delivery trucks, then systematically receive.
- Label received material and obtain samples for quality control.
- Properly stack and store received material according to size, shape, and type.
- Utilize a barcode scanner for the timely transfer of material and performing cycle counts.
- Record and report all impaired, damaged, short, excess, or compromised merchandise.
- Operate material handling tools (such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers).
- Maintain a clean workspace for all floors, shelving, docks, and computer stations.
- Cross-team collaborative support with safety as a top priority.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous warehouse experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Clear understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
- Experience operating material handling equipment.
- Strong computer skills including data entry, WMS, and typing.
- Clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Basic math skills.
- Sitting or standing for prolonged periods.
- Moving about to accomplish tasks.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Working in areas subject to low/high temperatures, noise, poor ventilation, and/or hazardous conditions.
- Heavy work that includes moving objects up to 75 pounds.

Essential Functions:
•Receive incoming material and process receiving receipts in a timely and accurate basis. Complete daily receiving entries in the computer system.
•Evaluating product received from external sources for count, condition, and confirmation that order requirements are met.
•Responsible for all outbound shipments, including packaging materials, packaging of products to be shipped, and arrangement of transportation services.
•Consolidation of multiple items for combined shipments.
•Responsible for shipping paperwork and for receiving activities for the plant, ensuring proper documentation is received and verified against AECO purchase orders.
•Ability to meet customer-specific requirements for packaging, consolidating, and labelling of outbound shipments located on customer purchase orders via paper copy or electronically.
•Maintains warehouse cleanliness and organization of 5s methods.
•Creating crates and prepping material for shipping to ensure safe arrival.
•Responsible for receiving all incoming materials against AECO purchase orders. This includes verifying the count and description.
•Consolidates and appropriately files paperwork for all inbound shipments.
•Loads and unloads all incoming and outbound shipments via tow motor, crane, and or pallet jack.
•Is responsible for incoming RMAs per Mach3 procedures and SOP's within 24 hours of delivery.
•Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
