We are seeking a dynamic, technical, customer-obsessed professional to lead our efforts in onboarding new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving engagement with our blue-bubble-powered platform. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals while maximizing the value they derive from Sendblue.
What Youll Do
- Customer Onboarding: Lead smooth and impactful onboarding experiences that set customers up for long-term success.
- Retention Strategy: Design and execute strategies to minimize churn and improve customer retention.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trust and foster strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and proactive support.
- Request Management: Ensure customer requests are addressed efficiently by coordinating with internal teams.
- Advocate for Customers: Represent customer needs and feedback within Sendblue to inform product development and business strategy.
- Insights and Reporting: Maintain a customer health dashboard and share actionable insights with the team to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and recommend new product features or upgrades that align with customer growth goals.
- **Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Close.io, Hubspot preferred).
- **Experience building out workflows using no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make
- Some experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role (SaaS or CRM experience preferred).

The Opportunity:
As a CRC Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading and developing our front-line ambassadors. You will oversee daily operations, support service excellence, and act as a key partner in building a high-performance, client-first culture. You will serve as a third point of escalation for complex cases, a quality ambassador, and a mentor who helps shape the team through coaching, performance development, and process enhancement.

About the Role:
- Supervise day-to-day contact volume across all channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries
- Lead by example, providing hands-on support to clients and guiding the team through escalated or sensitive situations
- Deliver regular Quality Assurance of emails and calls to uphold brand standards and identify coaching opportunities
