**Role description**
The US Retirement Client Implementation function is a key pillar within the US Retirement team focused on project managing client fund actions, delivering seamless execution for plan sponsors and their third-party agents. The team works across the full lifecycle of our products, from inception through settlement, and the full lifecycle of our client relationships, from on-boarding through best-in-class client service, offering a unique position and opportunity to interact cross-functionally across the larger BlackRock organization. Beyond the broader Global Product Solutions business, the Implementation team regularly engages with many other groups throughout the firm, including: Institutional Client Business, US Wealth Advisory, Global Consultant Relations, Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, and Technology & Operations.

**Primary responsibilities**
+ Project management of DC client implementations - including new clients, new product launches, and large mappings.
+ Ownership of our implementation pipeline to ensure visibility into all client activity, including contribution to senior management reporting and enhancing commercial collateral/client presentations.
+ Participation in, and eventually facilitation of, weekly internal status calls to coordinate client implementation activity.
+ Subject matter expertise of BlackRock products that are applicable to the DC market and our operating model with plan record-keepers and plan custodians.
+ Drive cross-functional implementation process, including facilitating contractual agreements with intermediaries and their counterparts
+ Develop strong external relationships with clients, plan record-keepers and plan custodians.

Copay is looking to hire a Director, Credit Analytics within our Risk division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing revenue, reducing bad debt, and improving customer retention on our portfolio of over 150,000 customers. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in delivering on our mission. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and deep technical and analytical skills to lead a team of analysts to uncover actionable insights. You will report to the Sr. Director of Credit Analytics, who in turn reports to the Chief Risk Officer of US Risk. This position will manage 2-3 analysts on-shore or off-shore, and we are looking for the candidate to be based in Atlanta in person at our Buckhead office, approximately three to four days per week. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Account Management.
As a Director, Credit Analytics, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Copay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Rebuild and Launch a New ML Model: Identify weaknesses and performance limitations in the existing account mgmt. model and led a team of internal risk analysts and external data scientists in rebuilding the account management ML model. This enables enhanced performance and accuracy while expanding its application to new programs such as early life monitoring, bad debt reduction, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Control Bad Debt through Comprehensive Tightening Actions: Develop and execute a multi-phase and ongoing monthly account mgmt. strategy to reduce exposure for high-risk accounts. Through detailed analysis and targeted tightening actions, delinquency rates and write-offs were reduced. It also balanced revenue goals by addressing net revenue-negative accounts and maintaining portfolio health while mitigating credit risk.
- Improve Customer Retention with New Credit Policies: Propose, implement, and automate both proactive and customer-initiated credit limit increase programs to reduce customer attrition. These initiatives aligned portfolio health with business objectives and kept losses within approved budgets. Collaborated with credit operations and trained manual review team to streamline customer requests and workflows, resulting in faster processing times, improved customer experiences, and reduced operational bottlenecks.
- Increase Revenue Through Targeted Strategy: Beyond traditional revenue-generating programs like CLI, leverage data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for increasing total customer spend by adjusting delinquency lock timing based on past behavior, risk level, and future revenue potential. Lead "test and learn" campaigns and A/B testing to validate key hypotheses, laying the groundwork for future strategic initiatives.
- Enhance Efficiency Through Reporting and Automation: Streamline existing reports, develop new KPIs, and create Tableau dashboards for senior leadership, enabling easier monitoring of portfolio health and early identification of abnormal patterns of elevated risk. Automate reporting and data pulls using Alteryx, significantly improving work efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

+ Monitor, report and consolidate key performance indicators and dashboards that evaluate Prime's performance against assigned client contracts; populate joint scorecards and other reporting tools (i.e. Salesforce) to track client relationships, product adoption and retention metrics, and proactively respond to, and remediate any identified gaps or risks; understand nuances across lines of business or assigned client/s and identify further opportunity to drive consistency and improvement
+ Lead the development, negotiation, standardization and compliance of contracts for the assigned client/s, including the development and execution of contract renewal plans; proactively analyze contract language and/or requirements, standardize where appropriate, and mitigate conflicting terms; review and manage Performance Guarantees and/or Financial Guarantees on behalf of Prime and the client(s) to minimize financial risk
+ Lead client meetings as aligned to the account management principles, including but not limited to: identifying meeting objectives and participants, ensuring adequate preparation and presentation materials, disseminating and uploading meeting materials in client portal, and working across extended teams to ensure appropriate follow through and documentation; ensure account management team documents interactions with assigned client/s and inputs data into the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool and client portal
+ Identify key relationships necessary to deliver core and expanded capabilities, drive growth, and ensure market competitiveness, including but not limited to: executive sponsors, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans, national benefits consultants, ensure account management team maintains effective LOB (Line of Business) knowledge and expertise via industry channels, conferences, continuing education etc; demonstrate thorough understanding and commitment to compliance requirements and influence the alignment, prioritization, design and implementation of outcomes and services
