To excel in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, staffing, and recruiting or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • A deep understanding of the engineering and operations industries, including key trends, technologies, and talent acquisition challenges
  • Proven track record of recruiting and building teams that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes

Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday. Employees may take advantage of the hybrid work schedule by working remotely Monday and Friday while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: Compensation for this role will consist of a base salary ranging from $80k to $00k (depending on skills and experience), bonus, and uncappedcommissions. 200kanticipated total comp year 1, 250- 300k year 2.

Overview

The Technical Operations Representative is responsible for ensuring maintenance is conducted in accordance with the applicable CFR’s, Manufacturer Maintenance/Component Manuals, and Company Specifications on Company Aircraft at contracted maintenance facilities.  Employees will commute to our heavy check locations in Clarksburg, WV.  Employees will receive a stipend for meals and the hotel will be provided by the Company.  

Responsibilities
  • Proactive management and surveillance to assure maintenance on Endeavor Air aircraft and its applicable components is performed in accordance with Endeavor Air Maintenance Program and GMM.
  • Administration of General Terms Agreement (GTA), Statement of Work (SOW), Air Worthiness Agreement (AWA), or any other contractual agreements between Endeavor and Maintenance Provider.
  • Ensure the production and inspection timelines are met for an on-time arrival and departure of the aircraft.
  • Act as liaison for any engineering issues with Endeavor Air Engineering Departments.
  • Serve as primary liaison to Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Control for all aircraft related issues.
  • Coordinate with the Contract Repair Station, Endeavor Stores and Materials Departments to ensure the timely procurement of required parts and materials.
  • Ensure proper and complete documentation of work accomplishes per the Repair Station’s Policies and/or Endeavor GMM. Audit all forms prior to the release of the aircraft form a maintenance visit.

You will conduct safety investigations and incident after action reviews to determine root causes.
You will manage the overall health, reliability, and life cycle management for all of the site commodities (material handling equipment, lighting, power distribution, backup generators, fire suppression and notification systems, balers, compactors, compressors, dock doors, HVAC, Over The Road (OTR) trailer fleet, Powered Industrial Truck fleet). You will approve financial expenditures for parts within corporate guidelines and will validate the quality of work performed by external contractors for repairs or projects. You will ensure data integrity and adherence to Asset Management standards. You will oversee all onboarding and completion of required training for new hires and support overall continued enhancement of the team's capability.
