• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice. Exceptional customer service is our top priority.

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. • Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
