**Summary:**
Actively shape the future of Meta Horizon, one of the fastest growing and most exciting parts of the Meta and Reality Labs business. This role will focus on consumer growth programs across mixed reality and mobile.
**Required Skills:**
Product Marketing Manager, Horizon Engagement Responsibilities:
1. Drive flagship growth programs through channel and full funnel marketing plans to drive user growth and maximize impact for the business.
2. Shape product roadmaps through market and customer research, competitive analyses, audience segmentation and sizing, and dive into audience needs.
3. Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and go-to-market efforts. Drive target audience definition, value proposition and messaging development, content creation, and GTM channel activation across audiences to achieve awareness, adoption, and retention goals.
4. Demonstrate an understanding of the virtual reality and mobile ecosystem for users and be the advocate of the market within the organization.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

5. BA/BS degree.
6. 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field.
7. Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns.
8. Experience creating go-to-market documents, including defining audience, positioning, value proposition and success metrics.
