Position Overview:
We're hiring an experienced RN to join a well-established medical-surgical unit, providing compassionate care during night shifts. This contract is perfect for RNs looking for a local assignment with stable hours and top pay.
Shift Details:
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12-Hour Variable Nights)
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Full-time, Every other weekend & every other holiday required
- Charting System: EPIC experience required
- Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care in a medical-surgical setting
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans
- Accurately read and interpret EKGs as part of routine monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Document all care and interactions using EPIC electronic charting system
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- BLS and ACLS Certifications - required
- Must be able to read and interpret EKGs
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
- Proficiency with EPIC charting required
