Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. From unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer, this fast-paced job can be physically demanding.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from 0.35 per hour to 3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn. The candidate must be organized, possess a strong attention to detail.
ARG Industrial provides hose, fittings and associated industrial products for a wide variety of markets and industries. Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses and assemble work orders
- Manufacture hose assemblies to required specifications
- Handle walk in customers, process counter orders
- Quality control processing for outgoing work orders
- Functionally verifies product performance to the defined test criteria
- Utilizes hand and power tools
- Use of hose assembly equipment to cut, clean, crimp, cap and kit hose assemblies
- Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production supervisor in charge as needed
- Assist in daily inventory counts
- Be able to recognize different fittings and hose types and sizes by sight
- Forklift operation
- Other duties as assigned
Successful candidate will possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random hair follicle drug screenings
- Previous forklift experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Must be able to stand, bend, and work on your feet and lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a team player attitude
- Completes work assignments in a timely manner
- Must be attentive to detail
- Reliable and dependable adherence to work schedule
