Unit Description
Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at EverBank Stadium since dating back to 2016. The 67,164-seat venue is home to the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars. We're known for offering imaginative food and beverage items that celebrate the team including teal-colored buns and ice cream.
Responsibilities
- Prepare assigned cabanas for service and ensure all items are in place and ready for guest arrival
- Greet and attend to guests' needs, provide menus and answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders
- Verify all pre-ordered selections are prepared, delivered and served accurately and on-time
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff
- Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

JOB SUMMARY:
The GATE Store Food Service Associate ensures customer service is the first priority for GATE operations by providing a friendly and efficient experience for our guests by will performing routine food preparation and customer assistance. Collaborates with the Store Kitchen Manager and Store Manager to control store operations and inventory. Assists customers with finding products and provide customers with product information by assisting with food preparation as directed, operating food production equipment as required to complete tasks. Stocks the coolers and shelves. Ensures a high level of cleanliness and organization at the store. Performs minor maintenance and repairs on store equipment. Operates register to process cash and credit card payments. Food Service Associate assists in training new and existing team members on food preparation, customer service, and kitchen safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
