Target earnings of $50,000 to $100,000+
As a Leaf Home territory sales representative, you will work to provide potential customers with your expertise and education about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. By doing a quick home inspection from the street we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges that Leaf Home has the solution for.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, going door to door and engaging prospective customers at their home about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home and gather information for the sales team to reach out and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
- Report daily results to the field management team and develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives.
- Ensure a high quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Customer focused and results oriented.
- Professional demeanor and attire.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Extended periods of walking / standing required.
- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Position Description: Director of Operations and Business Development, FL Reports To: Regional Vice President of Programs - Eastern Region FLSA Classification: Exempt Created: February 10, 2025 JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the operation of HEAVENDROPt, growth of IDD services, new business development, and the overall supervision of all current Florida state operations. Acts in accordance with the policies and directives of the Board of Directors and under the general direction of the President, with specific supervision by the Regional Vice President of Programs - Eastern Region. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Oversee the daily operation of HEAVENDROPt, and Florida operations, with direct supervision of any Florida Executive Director. Expand the amount and type of IDD services provided in FL, in conjunction with the RVP. Grow and expand HEAVENDROPt, in conjunction with the RVP. Provide consultative services to other Executive Directors regarding staffing patterns, overtime management, program development, survey preparation, quality assurance audits, compliance plans, and regulatory issues. Deal with management issues and trainings for Executive Directors in conjunction with the RVP of Programs. Work in conjunction with the RVP of Programs on standardization of organizational charts and positions. Establish and implement policies and procedures to serve the best interests of individuals served, staff, and facilities at all times. Provide financial information needed for annual budget preparation and ensure Florida operations stay within budget. Review monthly financial statements and address any budget variances. Maintain all records, funds, and statistics. Collaborate with Corporate Compliance on licensing renewals, surveys, and inspections. Authorize purchases of supplies and equipment within guidelines. Review reports and make decisions accordingly. Ensure facilities comply with health and safety standards. Review case histories and make appropriate recommendations. Conduct interviews for potential individuals served and staff. Counsel individuals served and staff on issues and program execution. Promote positive public relations. Develop relationships with legislators, relatives, contributors, volunteers, and board members. Provide monthly operating reports to the RVP of Programs. Coordinate with state officials and agencies as required. Supervise and evaluate administrative and key staff personnel. Represent the organization at various functions and forums. Maintain working relationships with Finance and Human Resources departments. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/JOB KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master’s preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in developmental disabilities; program administrator experience preferred. Knowledge of administrative procedures and financial management. Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 2016, and electronic health record systems. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant movement and coordination. Work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds. Exposure to viruses and infectious conditions. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Effective written and spoken communication skills. Good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Ability to interact positively with the public, individuals served, families, and staff. Decision-making capabilities, patience, and tact.
