In this 9-week internship program, you'll be placed as a member on one of our finance teams where you'll work within one of our Lines of Business or Corporate groups. This role is a pipeline to our two year 12-month long rotational full-time Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program where you will experience different functional groups and lines of business. Upon successful completion of the internship, you may receive an offer to return for the Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program as a Full-Time Analyst in the same location as your internship.
Job responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks and optimizing business performance by driving key initiatives.
- Ensure the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle; perform critical reporting and controls functions for the organization, including legal entity, financial and regulatory and product valuation.
- Create meaningful analysis and reporting in support of our businesses. Coordinate with partners across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, creation, oversight and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.
- Contribute to programs that are large scale and comprised of multiple projects and work streams. Initiatives drive cross line of business or firmwide agendas for implementation of new regulations, standards or policies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

Position Summary
The position of Senior Finance Analyst, Brand Finance is a critical role in Pernod Ricard USA organization. This role will report to the Finance Director, Brand Finance and is responsible for providing financial and business analysis support across North American Whiskey and Agave brands.

Major Responsibilities
- Manage monthly performance analysis and commentary inclusive of internal and external trends (i.e. depletions, Nielsen, NABCA) prepared for senior management/stakeholder presentations
- Deliver insightful analysis, diagnosing drivers of business performance and providing actionable recommendations
- Support financial forecasting process, providing input on volumes trends, net sales per case trends etc., based on latest available data
- Coordinate central efforts for monthly performance deliverables with other team members to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Provide analytical support to Commercial and Marketing teams on KPI analysis for decision-making
- Provide analytical support for business cases to support new business ventures, commercial decisions, innovation and capital investments with support of Finance Managers / Finance Directors
- Track brands' pricing strategies and identification and implementation of revenue optimization opportunities in partnership with Revenue Growth Management and Commercial Finance
- Experience / Background:
- Minimum 3+ years in a finance, business intelligence and analytics role
- CPG experience preferable but not essential
- Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability and interest in learning new tools and systems
- Highly analytical, ability to evaluate varied business KPIs and large amounts of data to produce clear financial recommendations

**The Team:** The S&P Global Market Intelligence Finance team consists of employees in the UK, US, Malaysia and the Philippines. **The Impact:** This position will work to ensure all monthly Revenue and ACV reporting, and analysis is delivered timely and accurately to facilitate decision making by the management. They will lead integration with Annualized Contract Value ("ACV") workstream of the Revenue and ACV team to rely more on technology to further automate various analysis allowing the Revenue and ACV team to spend more time analyzing and understanding business drivers.
**Responsibilities:**
