Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager, Programmatic Lead to help lead Walmart Connect's growing partnerships across the Walmart DSP and with Walmart's product, engineering and business operations teams. You'll lead a team of dedicated partner managers that are driving key programmatic partnerships and contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth.
The Partner Development Manager, Programmatic Lead who reports into Head of Media Partnerships will lead and provide ongoing consultative business support across the Walmart DSP and drive businesses growth while assuring end client success. This role also leads and drives special projects that influence the overall adoption of various businesses and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead team of partner managers that own and drive programmatic partner revenue and relationships
- Drive joint business planning and track joint progress to goals
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute go to market plans through joint PR, marketing, co-selling, developer relations enablement and materials to hit revenue goals
- Collect feedback from partners to help inform and prioritize product roadmap
- Coordinate with other teams, prioritizing their involvement, needs and activation
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide consultative services to Walmart Connect sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner solutions/tools in market
- Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics both day-to-day and in quarterly business review format
Minimum Qualification
- 7+ years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
- Proven experience delivering partnership initiatives, having worked in sales, product, business development, partnership, with an emphasis on advertising experiences.
- Programmatic media with a strong emphasis on Connected TV advertising expertise is a must
- Experience working cross-functionally, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results
- Analytical experience with experience diagnosing problems and crafting solutions but also introduce ways to validate and measure outcomes
- Experience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external facing especially with sales or pre-sales teams
- Interest or experience in working with complex, technical projects and product teams

You will be responsible for securing rooftop and in-building access to support Skywire's network expansion and customer deployments. As a Business Development Manager with ENGIE North America your primary purpose is to prospect and acquire new customers across our North American footprint. Your efforts to build a robust pipeline of opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels will be supported by an award-winning marketing team and strategically supportive leadership team.
- Prospect and acquire new C&I customers within the PJM region (PA, NJ, MD, OH, IL) through networking, cold calling, and social media to build a robust pipeline of opportunities li>Assess customer needs and interest by gathering necessary consumption data and account information, ensuring that proposals align with customer requirements and maximize the likelihood of closing deals
- Qualify the creditworthiness of customers by leveraging financial literacy and relationship management skills to obtain and analyze relevant data, adhering to Credit Guidelines
- Propose and negotiate electricity supply offers with customers and brokers, ensuring "apples-to-apples" comparisons, and working closely with the Legal team to finalize transaction terms and conditions
- Collaborate with the Key Account Team on transactions involving key customers, leveraging regional and CRM expertise to improve success rates and ensure proper service delivery and revenue realization
