Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our organization as an Account Executive. This role will be crucial for driving revenue growth and enhancing engagement within our community of Manufacturer, Associate Manufacturer, Associate Services, and Manufacturer Representative companies at ISSA. The successful candidate will collaborate with existing members and forge new industry relationships to generate revenue opportunities through ISSAs signature programs. The ideal candidate is customer centric, self-motivated, results driven, with the innate ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities and core products to sell and engage in with current and new customers
- Membership Member Engagement, Recruitment and Retention
- Manage and grow strong relationships with existing key stakeholders, including members, partners, and industry leaders.
- Work with Vice President of Business Development Supply Chain to develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement within other areas of the organization to drive more revenue.
- Collaborate with the product development and events team to design and manage programs that generate additional revenue opportunities.
- Regularly communicate with members to solicit feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to increase participation and revenue generating opportunities with ISSA Signature Programs, including Advocacy, ISSA Charities, Media, Education/Training and Healthcare.
- Manage opportunities within salesforce/fonteva and magazine manager platforms with detail to support activity and revenue generating opportunities within association activities.
- New Business Development incorporate the new business growth in both media and membership
- Develop and manage membership recruitment efforts for new prospective members.
- Grow the total # of Manufacturer, Associate Manufacturer, Associate Services and Manufacturer Representative company members.
- Engage with key company contacts to generate opportunities within association activities that will lead to revenue generating opportunities within Advocacy, ISSA Charities, Media, Education/Training and Healthcare.
- Media:
- Regularly engage with existing customers and prospects to generate revenue for ISSAs media brands including ISSA Today, Cleaning Maintenance Magazine (CMM), Cleanfax and INCLEAN magazines.
- Maintain a current assigned customer list maintaining 90% retention of advertisers
- Grow the business by a minimum of 10% to offset the attrition received each year
- Candidate will provide confident problem-solving skills and creativity to develop and recommend the best advertising/sponsorship solution to meet client needs.
- Manage advertising fulfillment processes with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on media performance: Track the effectiveness of media campaigns and provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.

- Effectively communicate with customers, prospects and teams via presentations, written proposals/communications, and CRM.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences and meetings to get sales.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree is preferred with 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in event, media, nonprofit or business to business environments.
- Familiarity with selling events, media, and/or sponsorships is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Ability to achieve sales goals through a consultative and strategic approach.
- Problem-solving abilities and results-driven
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Magazine Manager and sales processes systems and tools is preferred.

Our strategic managed services for Sales Operations business provide access talent and expertise, improved ways of working, and better business outcomes.
We are currently looking for a Sales Practitioner, to support sales origination and increase successful deal closure.
Work you will do:
+ Act as domain strategist in driving overall Origination
+ Provide Subject Matter expertise through Sales cycle for Sales Operations services and execution
+ Work with Song GTM team and Song Practitioners to ensure the scaled services for Sales Operations are always considered when a deal is originated
+ Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client situation and challenges.
+ Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning.
+ Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire.
+ As an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model. Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Sales Operations services.
+ Influence strategic direction for the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each.
+ Support Solutioning, Value Architecture, Deal Structuring, TVE, pricing and contracting
Primary Performance Measures:
+ Gaining recognition for domain expertise and earning endorsements from sales and account teams
+ Development of a qualified pipeline and personal impact on key wins
+ Support RFP processes in the Sales Operations area, from beginning to contract signature.

Basic Qualifications
+ Minimum of 8 years experience in delivery of large-scale Business development for BPO/Operations in Sales Operations
+ Minimum of 8 years experience in B2B and/or B2B2C Sales Operations functions (incl services such as seller support, deal & pursuit management, contract management, order management, incentive compensation management, and/or sales performance analytics)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
