Join the Walmart Health & Wellness Compliance team to support the growth and development of controlled substance compliance!
Reporting to the Director of Controlled Substance Compliance (CSC) Specialty Compliance and Ethics Health and Wellness, you will support the development and implementation of an effective compliance program for Walmart Controlled Substance Compliance. You will collaborate with business partners to understand business strategies and identify potential compliance risks associated with them and establishing effective controls and compliance oversight related to those risks.
In this role, you will (1) respond to compliance questions and issues; (2) monitor laws and regulations for specified area; (3) draft and update policies and standard operating procedures; (4) develop effective training and communications strategies for Walmart Controlled Substance Compliance associates and providers; and (5) identify and implement effective auditing and monitoring strategies to assess effectiveness of controls.

+ **Establish a roadmap for future enhancement** - Assist in the identification of short- and long-term compliance program initiatives, demonstrating the ability to prioritize immediate needs and plan for ongoing enhancement and evolution of the program over time.
+ **Build effective relationships** - Establish relationships with key stakeholders and effectively integrate with Walmart Health & Sams Club business to secure compliance as the most trusted support function.
+ **Support enterprise and team success -** Facilitate timely identification of compliance risks and implementation of effective mitigation strategies to enable successful implementation of business initiatives.

The Supply Chain Technician ensures the accurate and efficient receipt, distribution, and management of supplies within the facility. This role is responsible for maintaining storeroom inventory, organizing point-of-care (POC) supply areas, and ensuring compliance with established stock levels. The Supply Chain Technician conducts regular inventory audits, processes incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintains a clean, organized, and compliant supply chain environment.
**Essential Functions**
+ Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments, verifying items against packing slips and reporting discrepancies to leadership.
+ Stocks warehouse items in appropriate locations, following FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principles and maintaining organization and cleanliness.
+ Reviews and maintains Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock and POC areas to ensure consistent supply availability.

This role serves as a key link between internal supply chain operations and customer-facing systems, providing replenishment support, forecast alignment, promotional planning, and inventory optimization. As a core member of the team, you'll analyze performance, identify and troubleshoot supply challenges, and implement solutions to drive service, revenue growth, and cost efficiency. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong relationships with external customer contacts and internal stakeholders. This position will be based in Bentonville, AR. Key Responsibilities Customer Focus Build and maintain a best-in-class relationship between Post Consumer Brands (PCB) and our customers. Communicate customer supply chain strategies and action plans internally across multiple teams. Maintain forecast alignment between PCB and customer systems. Serve as a customer expert on supply chain initiatives. Create and manage customer-specific reports and scorecards for strategic planning. Technical & Functional Expertise Utilize Walmart and Sam's Club tools; experience in Retail Link, Scintilla, and Madrid preferred. Analyze large datasets using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Manage item-level forecasting and replenishment at retail and distribution center levels. Adjust historical data for promotional volume and causal factors to fine-tune baseline forecasts. Gather and interpret causal data to shape demand forecasts and guide promotional assumptions. Communicate product supply information, action plans, and logistics insights to internal teams and customers. Inventory & Omnichannel Management Plan and execute inventory replenishment to meet service level targets. Set and monitor joint inventory goals (e.g., safety stock, days supply). Reduce out-of-stocks at both retail and DC levels through proactive planning and communication. Support omnichannel replenishment strategies and monitor fulfillment center flow. Report on omnichannel KPIs and business performance. Performance Reporting & Analytics Monitor service metrics and root-cause performance gaps. Generate daily and weekly reporting on forecast consumption, inventory health, and instocks. Provide scorecard updates to customer teams with insights, wins/losses, and action plans. Relationship & Project Management Build strong working relationships with customer supply chain counterparts and internal partners. Lead and participate in supply chain projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Educate internal teams on replenishment processes and serve as a subject matter expert. Planning & Execution Communicate reset, promotional, and replenishment plans aligned with customer expectations. Identify and implement supply chain best practices and countermeasures to negative trends. Recommend process flow improvements and variation reduction strategies. Organizational Development Lead cross-functional collaboration on supply chain initiatives. Advocate PCB's leadership values by educating partners and driving process improvements. Location: Bentonville, Arkansas Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, supply planning, sales forecasting, or inventory management Experience working cross functionally and influence business partners Experience with Walmart supply chain process and systems knowledge strongly preferred Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred) Solid understanding of supply flow, logistics, and transportation concepts Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills Skills and Competencies: Exceptional analytical and technical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret complex data from diverse sources and synthesize insights into a clear, compelling business narrative Demonstrated ability to be proactive and highly curious.
