**Responsibilities**
+ Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives
+ Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards
+ Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review
+ Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits
+ Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs
+ Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit
+ Develop and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis
+ Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs

- Providing interpretation of monthly performance figures to support the overall business unit management and to the project managers to resolve project issues and improve project performance.

- Driving consistent project management practices and procedures in alignment with CDM Smith PM requirements and those of the group.

Duties and Responsibilities: PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Assist PM with purchasing and inventory with suppliers Misc. Data Entry (Purchase Orders, T&M Tallying/Compiling, Productivity Tracking for Payroll Upload) Maintain an accurate and up-to-date project file Scan/Attach all pertinent docs to Viewpoint (audits, forms, submittals, reports) Assist PM in billing process (assist PM in obtaining proper paperwork prior to payment, monthly payment applications and retention ) Update Monthly projections as directed by PM's Assist PM with assembly & dissemination of submittals, safety plans ( HazComs ), etc. as directed Provide administrative/clerical support for other departments as requested Filing, Copying, Organizing, Quality Document Control JOB CLOSEOUT: Prepare, collate, and distribute all Close-Out documents and items per project and as directed Miscellaneous assistance in all administrative processes as related and as requested Manage multiple priorities meeting all deadlines in a complete and accurate manner While it is impossible to list every duty that may be asked of an employee, the Employer may ask that an employee do otherduties as the business need arises Key Requirements, Education, and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent, AA Degree Preferred Computer proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Windows, Outlook, etc.) 5 + years' experience in similar position or college credit equivalent Must be able to take direction and complete projects as assigned Able to use general office equipment (Phone, Fax, Copier, Scanner) Ability to learn new software, processes, and procedures. **Responsibilities**
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with the organization's strategic goals; establish benchmarks and targets to measure and evaluate performance across different areas such as financial, operational, and customer satisfaction and employee productivity.
+ Lead the gathering and reporting of company performance metrics, including financial, operational, and customer metrics (KPIs); provide insights on the impact of changes on performance metrics and help stakeholders adapt to new processes.
+ Oversee the creation of performance reports and dashboards that clearly and concisely present key metrics and trend; share these reports with stakeholders to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's performance and track progress towards strategic goals.
+ Work with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and project; ensure that performance measures are aligned with the organization's strategy.
+ Integrate performance management systems, such as balanced scorecards or OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
+ Identify areas for performance improvement based on data analysis and insights.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
+ Assess and monitor risks that may impact business performance. Identify potential risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure that risks are effectively managed.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, department heads, and operational teams. Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to communicate performance results, share insights, and gain buy-in for performance improvement initiatives.
+ Continuously evaluate and refine performance management processes and methodologies.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Ten or more years of experience preparing or supporting performance data analysis/reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, STEM, or related disciplines.
+ Five years of experience with SCE's Transmission & Distribution field operations, Scheduling, Construction Project Management.
+ Project Management Professional Certification.
+ Ten years of experience with project or program management.
+ Three years of experience within a Utility.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office tools with the ability to develop and deliver effective presentations using MS PowerPoint.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively, influence outcomes, and demonstrate strong facilitative skills.
+ Ability to speak effectively and present to executive audiences with clarity and confidence.

+ The position's work mode is remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion.
