Work at Universities and act as helpers to both students and professors in an administrative capacity as well as often a research capacity. Carry out a huge range of tasks from organizing undergraduate events, aiding semester check-ins and check-outs, and co-authoring research papers with their teachers, among other responsibilities as well.
Responsibilities:
Acting as a teaching assistant and assisting with teaching material production and distribution.
Assisting professors and departments with various administrative tasks.
Conducting various research experiments and analyzing data.
Assisting with the management of campus events especially ceremonies
Organizing undergraduate events
Co-authoring research papers with their professors.
Attending seminars and periodically lecturing classes.
Assisting their professor with grading papers.
Supervising Residence Assistants and particularly with semester check-ins and check-outs.
Administering performance evaluations of students
Requirements:
Registered and enrolled in a graduate degree.
Research abilities, online, in libraries and fieldwork
Good academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Experience with student councils and leadership positions.
Excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Computer literacy
