Advertising Account Executive

Assist advertising and media agencies in liaising with their clients. After receiving client approval, manage and coordinate advertising and promotional efforts, track budgets and costs, and ensure that the projects run successfully.

Ad hoc requests and providing the client with feedback.
Ensuring that timetables are shared in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
Creating communication and circulation strategy for clients.
Assisting with all client inquiries as to the primary point of contact.
Using a simple and easy-to-understand technique to interpret reports and analyses.
With the help of Client Directors, lead client meetings.
Developing and revising project strategies based on historical data and current client behavior.
Forecasting future sales using forecasting models based on different levels of marketing spend and different performance scenarios.

A strong desire to learn about marketing and media.
A self-assured speaker who can clearly communicate their thoughts to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Graduate Record from a prestigious university.
Have excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a large number of projects with short deadlines.
Strong Excel skills — you’ll be doing a lot of work with Excel.
An analytical degree (mathematics or science) is preferred.
Strong negotiating and persuasion abilities.
