Advertising Manager

Direct a company’s advertising activities and staff members to develop creative, consistent brand-specific ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Supervising the operations and personnel of the advertising department.
Working with colleagues, clients, or an ad agency to set and meet project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Creating marketing strategies to increase buyer interest in a product or service.
Monitoring the progress of the project from planning to execution to ensure that it remains focused and effective.
Starting and directing research projects.
Data collection and analysis, as well as data presentation to other parties, such as management and clients.
Participating in the hiring and evaluation of advertising department employees.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field is required; management experience is preferred.
Understanding of design principles and techniques, as well as marketing techniques.
Capability to create strategies based on industry trends and developments
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly when working on multiple projects or teams.
Excellent negotiation, management, listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Decisiveness and strong problem-solving abilities, particularly when under pressure.
