Responsibilities:
Assist the service manager in running the service desk smoothly.
Invoicing and work card costing.
Processing customer requests efficiently and ensuring that correct procedures are followed.
Loading of data into DMS and other Microsoft Office applications.
Communication between departments to guarantee that the customer’s experience is positive so that they will return.
