Business Intelligence Analyst

Design and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into insight. Must be analytical and an excellent communicator.

Data validation and User Acceptance Testing assistance.
Software installation and configuration.
Assist in the transfer of knowledge within the organization.
Assist in the design of big data warehouses and provide advice on infrastructure decisions.
Assist with business development and forecasting business opportunities.
Define responsibilities for tools in-house as well as at affiliates.
Providing business users with reports.
Define which performance indicators will be followed and work with affiliates to align as soon as possible from what sources.
Collaborate with other departments to identify reporting/data needs and solutions.
Create actionable and insightful visualizations and dashboards from large, complex datasets.
Collaborate with data owners from across the division to identify data issues, investigate root causes and oversee solutions.
Develop a thorough understanding of BI tools and be able to share this knowledge by conducting training.
Update the project status with project managers.

Excellent management and communication skills, experience with financial systems.
Fluent in all Microsoft Stack components, including SSAS/SSIS/PowerBI.
Excellent knowledge of BI tools ie Tableau, SiSense, PowerBI, Business Objects, etc.
Knowledge of data visualization and front-end development is required.
SQL Server development expertise is required.
Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience desired.
Qlik Sense experience desired i.e. QlikView Designer & Developer Certification, QlikView Server Certification, Qlik Sense Certification.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computers
