Accountable for locating and recruiting recent graduates and talented students for internships and junior positions in businesses
Assisting with the planning, organization and execution of recruitment events.
Liaise with relevant school teams to uncover potential and maintain track of referrals and outstanding talent-spotted at events.
Create and implement internship programs in collaboration with appropriate business teams.
Collaborate with the company to plan and implement an events strategy to attract talent.
Serve as the initial point of contact for any candidate inquiries.
Oversee the intern performance evaluation.
Ensure that business representatives have all the information they need to carry out recruitment processes.
Review and update applicable systems and assessment materials regularly.
An interest in, dedication to, and a track record of achievement in Graduate and Apprentice resourcing.
Extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including the implementation of Assessment and Selection tools.
Strong communication skills are required because you will be interacting with various people, including senior stakeholders, colleagues, and applicants.
