Digital Marketing Graduate

Strengthen e-communications in order to raise brand awareness among their target audience while also driving new client traffic to their websites and other marketing efforts. Driving relevant and profitable traffic is a major goal of digital advertising.

Responsibilities:
Understand the performance of digital campaigns depending on the required goal i.e. increased number of interactions, return on investment etc and report back this information.
Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in all aspects of their role where required, such as executing new marketing plans as instructed.
Ensure customer relations and interaction is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard
Assisting in ensuring that the digital team’s production is of the highest quality and brand acceptable.
Identify changing trends and insights and reacting to them to ensure optimal performance of marketing campaigns
Manage an organization’s website, keeping it maintained and updated
Implement and run marketing campaigns and maintain it.
Incorporate new technologies and techniques into creative collaborations across many social media platforms.
Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
Effectively use all marketing tools and techniques such as PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Implement performance metrics and gather relevant data.

Requirements:
A basic understanding of digital reporting and analytics.
Ability to establish positive working connections with both internal and external agencies.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and vocal.
Must be exceptionally organized and proactive, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Strong work ethic and motivation, as well as a team player who gets along with others.
Organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills have been demonstrated.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across functions and at all levels.
