Sedating patients prior to procedures, administering needed medication to patients, and keeping the patient notified throughout the procedure, among other duties
Answering patients’ queries and addressing their problems are two of my main responsibilities.
Keeping an eye on the patient’s vital signs.
Sedating patients before surgeries.
After-procedure recovery for patients including any medication they may need
Maintaining communication with the patient during the procedure.
Completing all appropriate paperwork, including patient notes and discharge paperwork.
Preparing the procedure’s tools, equipment, and supplies, including sterilizing the equipment.
Assisting doctors at all stages of the procedure.
Giving IV infusions to patients.
A nursing diploma or an associate degree is required.
Experience in inpatient care is required.
Endoscopic equipment proficiency.
Excellent organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
