Clean and dress rooms and guest common areas to the standards set by the hotel management. Discretion and the ability to work quickly and discreetly are key in this role, always providing high customer service.
Clean all guest areas and the back of the house as well
Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service on a consistent basis.
Ensures that the housekeeping department’s standards are met.
Respond promptly to special requests from guests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, and so on.
Ensure an adequate inventory of all hotel supplies from bed sheets to guest supplies such as toothpaste.
Report on any damage or items that require maintenance.
Respects and adheres to departmental policies and procedures.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Equivalent to a high school diploma.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Highly responsible and dependable.
Ability to work alone.
