HR & Payroll Officer

Processes the company’s paycheck and gathers, calculates, and inputs data to maintain the payroll processing system and records. Calculates the take-home pay of employees using time records, benefits, and taxes. Answers queries from the staff about income, deductions, attendance, and timekeeping.

Responsibilities:
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Experience in the high-tech manufacturing sector is a plus.
Ongoing engagement to deliver great results.
Experience creating human resources policies and processes to guarantee legal compliance.
Collaborate with line managers to assess training needs and develop and implement a cost-effective and meaningful Learning and Development Plan.
Sincere, discrete, dependable, and dedicated, with a strong customer-focused mentality.
Excellent calendar management and prioritization abilities.
Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and the capacity to effectively communicate across multiple geographies.

Requirements:
Excellent keyboarding abilities. ability to meet deadlines
Proven report analysis and compilation experience.
Good interpersonal skills are required.
A degree in finance, business, or economics is preferred.
Capability to communicate successfully with the organization at all levels.
HR administration is preferred.
SAP expertise/experience.
Accounts knowledge is preferred to aid in the understanding of demands from the Finance Department.
Microsoft Office proficient (with a focus on Excel).
