HR & Recruitment Assistant

Assists with human resource processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, and maintaining records and information. Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all necessary documents are collected and filed correctly.

Responsibilities:
Adding information to the management system, such as start and end dates.
Being the initial point of contact for all questions about attorneys.
Complete year-round support for the recruitment of advocates.

Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication expertise, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, both in-person and on the phone.
Working experience in a fast-paced atmosphere and the capacity to meet deadlines.
Effective computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office competency.
