HR Business Partner

Aligning employees with business goals, recruiting the right personnel, improving employee performance, supporting employee growth, strengthening recruitment efforts, developing strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, etc.

Responsibilities:
Handle complex disciplinary and grievance issues while ensuring full compliance with policy and legislation and a consistent organizational approach.
Ensure that Company communications are provided to the employees as needed and take an active role in organizing and participating in Town Hall meetings.
Manage both short and long-term absences per the applicable policy.
Supports the site’s core strategic objectives, including Employee Engagement and employee communications.
Collaborate proactively with the SLC to establish and enhance a leadership culture and execute a high-performance culture throughout all sites.

Requirements:
Employment Law: Solid understanding and application of state, federal, or municipal employment laws. HR Policy:
Solid understanding and implementation of HR policies, processes, and practices.
