Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Clinical Negligence team.
Implementing adjustments. supervising and developing fee earner skills.
Coordinate marketing compliance and enablement across company solutions and customer-facing assets usually by working with central marketing teams.
Provide targeted and commercially focused legal support for existing and new products throughout their development lifecycles.
Review and develop commercial legal agreements, including complicated technology agreements, and central customer-facing template materials.
Advising customers on potential concerns at the onset of projects. analyzing the risk profile of clients’ projects
Choosing the most cost-effective delivery option for projects.
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a specialized, private law firm, national law firm, or relevant in-house legal team.
A solid track experience in the same field that the company works in ie telecoms, procurement etc
Technical prowess, particularly in the area of negotiating and creating complex contracts.
Ability and desire to implement highly targeted and successful business growth activities.
