Manage a team of marketing and merchandising experts to make certain that all deadlines, inventory needs, and customer orders are met on time.
Managing the planning and execution of merchandising strategies.
Creating eye-catching store layouts that highlight the company’s brand and aesthetic.
Negotiating inventory costs for multiple stores.
Creating annual and quarterly budgets and presenting them to key stakeholders.
Tracking inventory movement and introducing promotions, sales and price changes in a systematic manner.
Identifying trends and keeping an eye on supply and demand.
Working with the marketing department to develop new projects, campaigns and business concepts.
Interpreting sales reports and advising on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
GED or high school diploma
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, retail management or a similar discipline is a plus.
A minimum of five years of management experience is required.
A background in marketing, communications, or design is preferred.
Interpersonal and communication abilities are exceptional.
Must be imaginative and meticulous.
