Relief Support Worker

 Provide emotional and practical support to a group of people with special needs living
in the community. Enabling them to achieve optimal independence in daily life skills.

Assisting the service’s line manager with day-to-day operations.
Identifying and gaining access to social inclusion opportunities with service users.
Offer personal care, both practical and emotional, for people with learning disabilities.
Provide help to people in the community on a variety of activities
Providing intimate personal care, both practical and emotional, to people with a learning disability, such as shopping and health appointments.
Identifying and pursuing opportunities with service users to assist them in leading meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Working both as part of a team and on your own in the homes of service users.

You must enjoy assisting others and ensuring that they live life to their fullest.
Flexible working hours, usually on a contract basis.
