Retail Store Manager

Responsible for ensuring clients receive high-quality customer service. Hires and trains employees to work in the store, as well as orders inventory and resolves customer conflicts.

Responsibilities:
Begin by greeting customers.
Hire and train employees.
Motivate employees during shifts.
Check that the items are not damaged.
Ring up customers where applicable.
Listen to customer feedback/ complaints and resolve conflicts.
Ensure that sales targets are met.
Open and close the store.
Schedule regular cleaning services for the store.
